Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase. If the item is faulty please contact the sales team on 01274 585272 who will organise collection. A full refund will then be made on receipt of the item and verification of the fault.

Items returned for any other reason are done at the buyers cost and a full refund is made on receipt of the item provided all labels and packaging are as originally sent out and the item has not been used or damaged.
